31. San Francisco 49ers: Team Needs = S, CB, WR, IDL, IOL
Selection – Bryce Hall, CB Virginia
The Niners continue to select defensive backs after letting Kansas City and Mahomes strike at will in the second half of last year’s Super Bowl. Bryce Hall has great footwork and long arms. He was a 13-game starter, his Junior year, recording 62 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, two interceptions and two forced fumbles. His senior season was cut short due to an injury. However, he started six games before requiring surgery on his left ankle (20 tackles, three for loss, one sack, four pass breakups). Hall will be a future starter in this league.
32. Kansas City Chiefs: Team Needs = CB, LB, IOL, RB, WR
Selection – Noah Igbinoghene, CB Auburn
The Chiefs lost just about every one of their cornerbacks this offseason. Noah Igbinoghene is very strong and physical. He is the son of two Olympic-caliber track and field athletes from Nigeria. His mother one a bronze medal with the Nigerian relay team in 1992. His father won 5 SEC titles in the long and triple jumps. Noah will also be able to return kicks. He has two touchdowns doing just that at Auburn.
