Is a Head Coaching Change in the Cards for the Dolphins?

Contrary to what most fans know or want to believe, the Dolphins franchise is in disarray.

Last Sunday’s game proved that a slow start and spotting the Bills a 27-0 lead demonstrates exactly what worked in the first two games didn’t necessarily compute against good teams like the Bills.

Here’s what’s next for the Dolphins: the rival New York Jets.

Frankly, the Jets boast a d-line front that features Harrison, Williams, and Wilkerson.  The Jets line is a fortress to the tune of stopping the run and successful stopping Frank Goreweek 2 and week 1-Browns (Johnson and Crowell)-ESPN.com.

The Dolphins game plan this Sunday must include a balanced attack, one with less predictability and one with more conventional wisdom.  Offensive coordinator must run the ball at all costs with Lamar Miller, Damien Williams, and big back Jonas Gray.

Next, the Dolphins offense must attain a rhythmic flow and sustain drives past the first three plays.  The Dolphins have started two of the past three games with three and outs or failures to move the ball and score touchdowns.  In fact, the Dolphins have yet to record a touchdown in their first possession this season.
