On Wednesday, the National Transportation Safety Board released a damning report regarding the plane crash that killed Hall of Fame starting pitcher Roy Halladay.
The following day, Brandy Halladay, Roy’s wife, released a public reply.
Per the Associated Press, Roy Halladay “had amphetamine levels about 10 times therapeutic levels in his blood along with a high level of morphine and an anti-depressant that can impair judgment” while he performed risky aerial maneuvers ahead of the accident that killed him on Nov. 7, 2017.
