Lebron Wants Super-team with Melo, Wade, and Paul

Last Summer, LeBron James found a float in the Bahamas big enough for himself, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade and Chris Paul to ride so maybe one day he’ll find an NBA team that can fit the talents, salaries and egos of the “Brotherhood.”

It goes without saying that if the Brotherhood — that’s what they call themselves — ends up on the same team, Phil Jackson is willing to coach 41 home games, 41 road games as well as every playoff game.

With Stephen Curry a shoo-in to win a second straight Most Valuable Player award, LeBron remains the undisputed MVP of making headlines. LeBron gives us cryptic tweets that may or may not be directed at his Cleveland Cavalier teammates. He takes a couple of days off to train in Miami with Wade. He writes love letters to Ohio and the city of Cleveland which is really nothing more than a pre-nuptial agreement since every contract he signs is a two-year deal with an opt out.

The Cleveland Plain-Dealer assigns a writer, Joe Vardon, just to cover LeBron. Some reporters have the police beat. Maybe City Hall or the Cleveland Browns. Vardon has the LeBron beat 24/7. And there is never a dull moment.

LeBron created a stir this week by telling Bleacher Report that his dream is to get the Bahamas float crew on the same team while they still have something in the tank. So time is of the essence. According to the reporter, Howard Beck, LeBron made these comments in February but who cares. Anything LeBron says is timeless.

“I really hope, that, before our career is over we can all play together,” LeBron said. “At least one, maybe one or two seasons – me, Melo, D-Wade, CP – we can get a year in. I would actually take a pay cut to do that.”
