Nets’ Kevin Durant suffers thigh injury, exits in first quarter vs. Heat

Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant exited Sunday’s game against the Miami Heat in the first quarter with a left thigh contusion and did not return, according to ESPN’s Malika Andrews.

Durant appeared to get tangled up with Miami’s Trevor Ariza when he went to the basket for a layup. The 32-year-old was playing in his fifth game since returning from a hamstring injury that sidelined him for almost two months.
