Ezekiel Elliott not sold on playing 2020 NFL season due to players’ health, safety

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott did a Zoom call with reporters Wednesday and dropped a bombshell: He isn’t completely sold on the NFL playing games this fall.

Last week, stunning news broke around the NFL when Elliott was identified as one of several Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans players who tested positive for COVID-19. He wasn’t happy about his identity being revealed, but in the aftermath of the reports, his agent confirmed Elliott had tested positive.

On Wednesday during the Zoom call, Elliott gave an update on his health situation. He shared that he felt short of breath for a couple of days but that he’s feeling better now. Although, he still hasn’t started working out.
